GENERAL RULES

These regulations establish the general rules of conduct for each guest who enters this establishment of their own free will, with the aim of providing them with a pleasant stay. Every guest accepts these regulations in accordance with the provisions established, any fault or infraction of the same gives this establishment the right to take the necessary measures so that the general interest of maintaining the tranquility of other guests and the proper functioning of the hotel prevails. This document empowers us to expel the guest in case of not respecting the established rules.

GUEST

The only person or persons who have completed the check-in process and signed the registration form are considered to be a guest of the inn. In order to locate the guest at any time, the guest agrees to provide a valid telephone number and / or email address for contact at the time of check-in. Once the guest has paid the amount for the room rate, no refund will be made for reasons beyond the control of the inn. The guest must leave the room keys each time they leave the establishment, in case of theft or loss they will be charged 500 MXN. The inn is not obligated to offer discounts or promotions, therefore any discount offered to the guest will be at the discretion of the reservations department. The hotel is not responsible for any inconvenience that external service providers may cause to the guest (taxi, tour operators, motorcycle rentals, etc.).

CHECK-IN AND RATES

Check-in time at the inn starts at 3:00 PM. All invoices must be requested at check-in. The number of people who will be occupying the room must be declared when making the reservation; the guest must respect the room capacity. In order to check in, the holder of the reservation must present proof of identity, as must the other guests occupying the same room. If the guest exceeds the maximum capacity of a room, they must purchase an additional room for the adjoining guests. Upon check-in, the guest must pay 100% of the amount corresponding to their reservation. Check-out time is considered 11:00 AM. Late check-out is considered from 11:00 AM. For this reason, half the accommodation rate will be charged, which entitles you to remain in the room until 4:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to availability. The inn has luggage storage at reception for guests who require more time to enjoy our facilities after their check-out time. At check-out time, the guest must hand over the room key. The use of the rooms is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the inn. The guest agrees to read and comply with the provisions set forth in this document, agreeing to and respecting the aforementioned, in order to maintain internal coexistence and respect. Pets are allowed in the rooms, therefore we ask that the guest be responsible for the acts of their pet. The user will be responsible for any damage caused to things or people during their stay.

COMMON AREAS AND SERVICES

Guests, in accordance with the general rules of coexistence, must take special care with the volume of those electronic devices that generate noise or loud sounds, ensuring the tranquility of the inn. After 11:00 p.m., common areas will not be available for meetings or similar activities, other than those previously coordinated with management. At any time during the reservation, if the guest reports objects or documents of extreme value that need to be left in the custody of the reception, they must declare in writing on the envelope the type of documents or objects they are leaving in custody. Undeclared objects or belongings abandoned in the rooms, cabins or common areas are the sole responsibility of the client. The inn has paid parking, with limited spaces and subject to availability.

ABOUT THE ROOMS

Room cleaning will be done during the day during the following hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. If a guest requests cleaning outside of these hours, an additional cleaning fee will be charged, as established by Management. Each room provides a safe for guest use only. Failure to declare values releases the inn from liability. The amenities guests will find in their room during their stay are not unlimited. If a guest requires an extra amenity, they should inquire at reception about the cost. Out of respect for the environment, please minimize your water consumption, take short showers, and do not wash clothes in your room. If you need a laundry, please ask at reception. All water from our drains is recycled and reused to irrigate our gardens, so we ask that you do not use products harmful to nature, thank you. For fire prevention reasons, please do not place nightgowns or mosquito coils near flammable materials. The guest agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement of any object, furniture or material property of the hotel that has been damaged in whole or in part, whether through carelessness or intentionally. In view of the above, the guest clearly understands that La Posada del Arquitecto, the establishment that provides accommodation, may terminate the accommodation contract if one of the following points occurs: The contractor does not fulfill an outstanding obligation. The fulfillment of the accommodation contract is impossible due to force majeure, such as strikes, road closures, climatic phenomena, or circumstances not attributable to La Posada del Arquitecto. The client gives confusing or false information about important data. La Posada del The Architect has justified reasons to believe that the client's enjoyment of the services may jeopardize the smooth running of our operations and/or their administration, safety or public image. If they engage in behavior that offends other clients or employees of La Posada del Arquitecto.
