Cancellation and property policies
Cancellation policy.
- Up to 21 days before your arrival, 100% of your payment will be refunded.
- From 7 to 21 days before your arrival, 50% of your payment will be refunded.
- With less than 7 days before your arrival there will be no refund.
- Changes of dates will not be accepted less than 3 days before your arrival.
Group Cancellation Policy
(Applies to reservations of more than 10 people or more than 5 rooms)
- Cancellations made up to 3 months before the arrival date: 100% refund of the payment.
- Cancellations made up to 2 months before the arrival date: 50% refund of the payment.
- Cancellations made less than 1 month before the arrival date: No refund will be issued.
Note: These cancellation policies will be void in the case of reservations made under a promotion or when stated otherwise.
Terms and Conditions
GENERAL RULES
This regulation establishes the general rules of conduct for each guest who voluntarily enters this establishment, with the aim of providing them with a pleasant stay.
By staying at this establishment, all guests agree to abide by these regulations. Any violation or infraction of these rules grants the establishment the right to take the necessary measures to maintain the general interest of ensuring the tranquility of other guests and the proper functioning of the hotel. This document authorizes the expulsion of any guest who does not comply with the established rules.
GUESTS
Only individuals who have completed the check-in process and signed the registration form are considered guests of the inn.
To facilitate contact if necessary, guests must provide a valid phone number and/or email address at the time of check-in.
Once the guest has paid the room rate, no refunds will be issued for reasons beyond the control of the inn.
Guests must leave the room keys at reception whenever they leave the premises. In case of loss or theft, a fee of 500 MXN will be charged.
The inn is not obligated to offer discounts or promotions. Any discount offered is at the discretion of the reservations department.
The hotel is not responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests by external service providers (such as taxis, tour operators, motorcycle rentals, etc.).
CHECK-IN & RATES
Check-in time at the inn is from 3:00 PM.
Invoices must be requested at the time of check-in.
At the time of booking, guests must declare the exact number of people who will be staying in the room. The guest must respect the room occupancy limits.
To complete check-in, the reservation holder must present an official identification document, as well as the rest of the guests staying in the same room.
If the number of guests exceeds the maximum room capacity, an additional room must be booked for the extra guests.
Upon arrival, guests must pay 100% of the total amount for their reservation.
Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
Late check-out is considered from 11:00 AM onwards. A half-night fee will be charged, allowing the guest to stay in the room until 4:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to availability.
The inn offers luggage storage at reception for guests who wish to enjoy the facilities after check-out.
At check-out, guests must return their room keys.
Room use is strictly reserved for registered guests.
Guests agree to read and comply with these regulations to maintain internal harmony and respect among all guests.
Pets are allowed in the rooms; however, guests are fully responsible for their pets’ behavior and any damages they may cause.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to property or persons during their stay.
COMMON AREAS & SERVICES
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, guests must be mindful of the volume of electronic devices and avoid loud noises.
After 11:00 PM, common areas will not be available for gatherings or similar activities unless previously coordinated with management.
At any time during the stay, if a guest wishes to leave valuable items at reception, they must declare them in writing in a sealed envelope specifying the type of items or documents. Any unregistered items left in rooms, cabins, or common areas are the sole responsibility of the guest.
The inn offers paid parking with limited spaces, subject to availability. If you wish to reserve a spot, please contact +52 958 113 97 44 to check availability and secure your space.
ABOUT THE ROOMS
Room cleaning will take place between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If guests request cleaning outside of these hours, an additional fee will be charged as determined by management.
Each room is equipped with a personal safe. The inn is not responsible for valuables not declared or left unattended.
The amenities provided in the room during the stay are not unlimited. If guests require additional amenities, they should inquire at reception about availability and cost.
To respect the environment, please minimize water usage, take short showers, and avoid washing clothes in the room. If laundry service is needed, please ask at reception.
All wastewater is treated and reused for garden irrigation, so we kindly ask guests not to use products harmful to nature.
For fire prevention, please do not light candles or mosquito coils near flammable materials.
Guests are responsible for covering the costs of repairing or replacing any property, furniture, or materials belonging to the hotel that have been damaged, whether by accident or intentionally.
AGREEMENT & TERMINATION
By accepting these regulations, the guest acknowledges that La Posada del Arquitecto has the right to terminate the lodging contract in the following cases:
- The guest fails to fulfill any outstanding obligations.
- The accommodation contract cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (such as strikes, road closures, weather phenomena, or other circumstances beyond the control of La Posada del Arquitecto).
- The guest provides false or misleading information about important details.
- La Posada del Arquitecto has justified reasons to believe that the guest’s behavior may compromise the smooth operation, safety, or public image of the establishment.
- The guest engages in behavior that is offensive to other clients or staff members of La Posada del Arquitecto.
